Last night, M, Bender, Colleen and I had a wonderful evening in Cowtown. Bender and Colleen were in town to finish up their transition from Germany to the States and of course pay us a visit. :-)The evening started with dinner at Piranha's | Sundance Square. The food was awesome. (Don't worry Tokyo Cafe.. You are still our favorite!!!) Here are some of the rolls we had for dinner: Forget about it Roll, Wasabi Crusted Salmon Roll, Vietnamese Summer Roll and Volcano Roll. They were deeeelish!!!
After dinner, we took a leisurely stroll to the Bass Performance Hall to watch the 'Nutty Nutcracker'. They adapted the original Nutcracker with current media stories...ie. Tiger Woods, Lady Gaga, Michael Phelps, Beyonce, Michael Jackson, etc. The show was great and very funny.
After the show, we had a night cap at good ole Flying Saucer. You can't beat nice tasty beverages after a great show and fellowship with great friends.
