Sitka, Alaska - 08/08 | Alaskan Cruise 2007

Sitka, Alaska.. Our last real stop. We dropped anchor around 6.40 AM. Since we dropped anchor, we had another tender. I kinda like the tender. It takes me back when Sam and Crew did a little boarding on Lake Worth(less). I miss those days. One day, our boards will get wet on the lake not the bath tub. :-)

Nothing exciting happened in Sitka. We hooked up with Tony and Julie, then walked around the downtown area. We did a little sightseeing and photos. It's a pretty neat little town. All the plants and flowers looked great. Also, the views of the mountains were wonderful.

Well we made it back to the ship and got ready for the Farewell Dinner.

Good Times. Good Times..

Next stop.. Hubbard Glacier. 228 nautical miles from Sitka.

Here is a video from dinner, the Baked Alaska Parade.
